I want to thank you for offering to your customers a reliable, clean and affordable storage area. During the time I was renting the unit I did not experience any leaks in the unit or damp moisture (even in the cardboard boxes). During the winter, getting to the unit was always accessible even though it was located in the back area of the storage units.

The only reason I no longer need to rent a unit is due to my purchasing a home in Neshkoro, WI…so storage is no longer needed. If any potential renter has concerns regarding the upkeep or condition of your units, please feel free to contact me. I will be more than happy to honestly vouch for you as a business man and the condition of the units you maintain and rent.

Lonnie Holze’s A Fordable Storage was the only storage facility in the Platteville area that allowed me to view the storage unit sizes online. The detailed pictures helped us determine which unit would work for us. Lonnie offered us a fair price and went out of his way to show us some units while we were in town visiting our daughter back in December. We were impressed with how clean and dry the units were, even in the middle of winter!

We are going to be moving our daughter into a rental house June 1st and needed the extra space to store items she will need for the house. We live four hours away and it just was not feasible to lug everything home once UW-Platteville’s semester ended, just to haul it back in two weeks.
