Dear Lonnie,

I spoke to you on the phone regarding my no longer needing to rent a storage unit from you at "A Fordable Storage". I gave my termination notice, per requirement of the contract we signed, on unit number 69 which I have been renting for 1.5 years.

I want to thank you for offering to your customers a reliable, clean and affordable storage area. During the time I was renting the unit I did not experience any leaks in the unit or damp moisture (even in the cardboard boxes). During the winter, getting to the unit was always accessible even though it was located in the back area of the storage units.

The only reason I no longer need to rent a unit is due to my purchasing a home in Neshkoro, WI...so storage is no longer needed. If any potential renter has concerns regarding the upkeep or condition of your units, please feel free to contact me. I will be more than happy to honestly vouch for you as a business man and the condition of the units you maintain and rent.
